Summer Camp Enrollment Form - 2011

To enroll in a MSC Fencing Camp - fill out the form below and click the "Submit" button at the bottom. It is a two part process. After you fill out this form you are placed on the payment page and asked to click one of two buttons which transfers you to PayPal. It is a secure site for your safety. PayPal sends you and us a noticification of the transaction. We also notify you that we received your registration. We are looking forward to meeting you at the Minnesota Sword Club.
